About Me

As an aspiring innovator, I like to use my skills to design new solutions to improve people's life. I am a recent graduate at Indiana University currently working full time as a customer experience associate for a multi-national e-commerce firm, creating innovative ideas to solve new and complex business problems the world face today. In addition to that, I am also a highly versatile freelance UX designer and photographer, where I use my various experiences to help clients different backgrounds and industries.

  • Conduct user research to better understand pain points users face when interacting with Shopee’s various platforms.

FRAUD PREVENTION ANALYST INTERN AT GRAB (MAY 2015-JULY 2015)

  • Guided and assisted drivers in the city of Kuala Lumpur and alerting them of any potential danger to ensure the safety of the drivers and their passengers.

  • Used my analytical skills in analyzing drivers and customer's accounts in the database to isolate users that violated the application's terms and condition.

  • Exercised my communication and team skills to train other staffs in these roles during peak hours to assist me in my duties and continue my role after I left the company.

  • Practiced my problem solving and customer service skills to address critical customer service issues by communicating with customers to rectify their issues and provide maximum satisfaction in the customer's experience.

  • Monitored the application's booking traffic to find and remove fraudulent and spam bookings.

  • Selected from a pool of highly qualified students from all ages and trained by the Office of International Services to be an international student ambassador representing the international students community in IU Bloomington.

  • Practice my customer service skills when communicating with prospective IU students through Skype as an IU representative to answer any questions they have regarding studying in IU Bloomington.
